MLB Advanced Media is kicking off its 2006 season by offering fans around the world the ability to watch and listen to each game of the first World Baseball Classic.
Tonight at 9:30 ET, the first of 36 games, between Korea and Chinese Taipei, will be streamed live from the Tokyo Dome in Japan. The U.S. Team plays its first game on March 7 against Mexico in Arizona.
The cost for all the live video and audio webcasts of the WBC is $9.95 at MLB.com – a bargain considering the “all-you-can-eat baseball” coverage over the 17-day tournament which ends with the Championship game on March 20 at Petco Park, San Diego, CA.
